Our new partner is NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (Hanover). With its nearly 40 years of company history, NORD Holding is one of the leading companies for the structuring and financing of mergers as well as expansion financing in the medium-sized sector. Presently, Nord Holding has investments in more than 50 companies in Germany country-region and German-speaking countries.

Unlike most other financial investors, that solely manage temporary funds, the NORD Holding operates as a so-called “Evergreen” without any term restriction and is investing out of its own funding. Thereby the associate companies are able to progress without any external time pressure and benefit from their growth potential.

Both of us, Alfons Thihatmer and Andreas Grochowiak, retain a significant share of the company and will continue to create the future progress actively as joint Managing Directors.

Currently about 75 % of the turnover are generated abroad, thanks to an excellent worldwide distributor network. In the present business year Teupen and its 170 employees are planning an annual turnover of almost EUR 45 Mio.

With the participation of NORD Holding and its wide network, the considerable growth potential should be realised in this young market niche with a solid base. Especially the American, Indian and Brazilian markets offer particular opportunities, which should be tapped into.
