Training our dealer partners in the operation and maintenance of your machine is provided through workshops conducted on our training grounds. This is, of course, a part of our service commitment to you, our customer.
Learning by doing – is a concept that is geared to fit the style of work with the aerial work platforms of Teupen. We have quarterly service training at our US headquarters, in Charlotte, NC. Here our dealers will learn, in theory and real-life-situations, how to pass on this knowledge to their staff – based on the principle ‘train the trainer’.
